Enter Mool Organic – going back to our roots

Mool means original, untouched. In keeping with this, we use fabric that has been produced using the traditional method of organic farming, ensuring that plants are not touched or affected by adverse chemicals during the entire production process. Our sources use organic seeds (non-GMO!) and naturally available manure and pesticides. This is easier for our partner farmers and it helps the soil too. Less water is used in the entire process, making this the most sustainable method of growing the cotton we require.

We work with organisations that oversee the entire production process – from seed to sewing. For us, this is not a mere business. We know our path is difficult, but we are not deterred. Our products are all made using 100% sustainable and reusable fibres of cotton or rayon.

We meet the stringent requirements to call and pride ourselves on being a fair trade organisation dedicated to working with only organic and vegan materials. What this means is that we comply with standards that are set by expert international bodies and this compliance has passed a thorough check. In doing so, we ensue that our factories are free of child labour, are up to the safety standards decreed by the government and that we do not employ any animal products in the production of artisanal clothes.

We know it is hard to believe that what you buy is indeed organic and free trade. That is why we only use natural sources such as wood for our rayon fibre, as has been independently certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), the premier global certification body for these matters. All our fabric is processed using GOTS certified methodology to ensure that it is completely free of hazardous elements such as nickel, lead, amines, pesticides and heavy metals.

In short. We use the highest quality of organic materials, with the best practises to boost our yield.

We have highly skilled craftsmen who painstakingly create the most beautiful designs for you. Thanks to our technique of embroidery and printing, NO two Mool products are exactly alike. Each product is unique, giving you the feeling of owning and using a bespoke product. At our fair trade factories, man and machine work in harmony to transform the organic cotton into stunning clothes with a nuanced and intricate understanding of design.

We don’t mind going the extra mile to ensure that our products are completely sustainable, being 100% recyclable or reusable. We use zero plastic in our packaging, which is made entirely of recycled paper and cardboard.
